Catedral Bariloche ski resort is positioned high above Lake Nahuel Huapi and 19km (12m) from the holiday resort town of San Carlos de Bariloche in Patagonia, Argentina.
Bariloche town is within a national park in the Lake District of Argentina and a popular Argentinean holiday destination.
The ski resort of Bariloche Catedral offers a wide range of excellent skiing and snowboarding to suit all levels. It is the result of an amalgamation of 2 ski resorts which were run separately until 2003 when they joined to be just one much larger ski resort.
We have ski tours to Bariloche and a wide range of ski packages staying within the ski resort or in the town which is more lively for those wanting to party of simply enjoy the side range of bars and restaurants. We offer packages in the town with ski lift tickets and daily transfers or without if you wish to hire a car.

In this part of Patagonia as well as the breathtaking scenery, there are a number of smaller resorts and interesting places to visit such as Villa D'Angostura (Cerro Bayo), Esquel (La Hoya), several Welsh villages and Patagonian lakes of course. It's a relatively short hop across the border to Antillanca ski resort in Chile, via Villa D'Angostura. The crossing is one of just a few open during the winter.

Your main choices are to stay on the mountain adjacent to the ski resort or in the town of San Carlos de Bariloche, rising the hill up from Lake Nahuel Huapi a short drive from the mountain, where there is a much greater choice of accommodation.
