Cerro Castor is a spectacular ski resort. Previously just cross country skiing from here the resort now offers alpine skiing and snowboarding overlooking the Beagle Channel. The season is slightly later than most of the other Argentinean ski resorts and can run well not October due to the latitude of Cerro Castor, possibly the World's southernmost ski resort.
