Patagonia Powder Tour
Bariloche, La Hoya & Cerro Bayo
Ski or snowboard some of Argentinean Patagonia's best off-piste. This tour visits the well known and extremely popular (for good reason) ski resort of Catedral Bariloche plus 2 of Patagonia's smaller resorts La Hoya and Cerro Bayo. These ski resorts can be difficult to get to with limited holiday time unless you have your own transport. In private transport you will be able to spend some amazing days exploring their off-piste.
The tour starts in Villa La Angostura in northern Patagonia. A beautiful holiday and ski town close to the fun terrain of Cerro Bayo. The tour then heads south to Esquel deep into Patagonia where you will spend three nights. You will ski or ride quite possibly the coldest powder in the Argentine Andes! Just when you thought it could not get any better, the tour takes you to Bariloche with huge amounts of inbounds and backcountry lines, and some of the best nightlife and restaurants in South America.
This is a true Patagonian Powder adventure.

Tour Itinerary
- Day 1: Arrive in Bariloche, Argentina, where you will meet your guides at the airport. Once the group is together you will travel to the nearby lakeside village of Villa La Angostura where you'll spend the next 3 nights. After hotel check-in, group and trip intro it's dinner on the town
- Day 2-3: Breakfast, avalanche safety session, ski Cerro Bayo and it's fun off-piste terrain with your guides, dinner on the town
- Day 4: Breakfast, then travel a beautiful road journey in Patagonia to Esquel. Overnight in Esquel hotel with dinner on the town
- Day 5-6: Breakfast, full day skiing La Hoya and it's backcountry, followed by dinners on the town
- Day 7: Breakfast, morning ski, then travel to the city of Bariloche, home to one of Argentina's favourite ski areas, Catedral
- Day 8-9: Breakfast, ski days at Catedral and it's surrounding backcountry, free afternoons around town, dinners
- Day 10: Breakfast, free morning to explore, transfer to Bariloche Airport

- Required Backcountry Equipment, the following will be available for rent if you do not have your own
- We require all guests to ride with a minimum of a 29 Litre backpack (up to 35 Lt is ideal) with suitable external harness straps for carrying your skis or snowboard. You will also need a 457 Khz avalanche transceiver, avalanche snow shovel, and probe
